The Greatest Speech Ever
This morning I listened to one of my all time favorite
recordings.
It’s NOT and interview.
It’s the Greatest Speech ever . . .
It sold Millions and Millions of records back in the 1970s.
It’s with a man you most likely have never heard of.
It’s called "Dare To Be Great."
If you or someone you know wants to be great,

Attitude
A Winner says, “I’m good but not as good as I ought
to be.” A Loser says, “I’m not as bad as a lot of other people.”
A Winner listens. A Loser just waits his turn to
talk.
A Winner is sensitive to the atmosphere around him.
A Loser is sensitive only to his own feelings.
A Winner respects those who are superior to him, and
tries to learn something from them. A Loser resents those who are superior to
him and tries to find clinks in their armor.
A Winner focuses. A Loser strays.
A Winner works harder than a loser and has more
time. A Loser is always too busy to do what is necessary.
A Winner goes through a problem. A Loser goes around
it and never gets by it.
A Winner makes a commitment. A Loser makes promises.
A Winner sees an answer for every problem. A Loser
sees a problem in every answer.
A Winner judges himself by the standard of
excellence in his field. A Loser judges himself by the standard of mediocrity in
his field.
A Winner knows what to fight for and what to
compromise on. A Loser compromises on what he shouldn’t and fights for what
isn’t worth fighting about.
A Winner learns from his mistakes. A Loser learns
not to make mistakes by not trying anything differently.
A Winner is always part of the answer. A Loser is
always part of the problem.
A Winner has a program. A Loser always has an
excuse.
A Winner says, “It may be difficult, but it’s
possible.” A Loser says, “It may be possible, but it’s too difficult.”
A Winner says, “Let me do it for you.” A Loser says,
”That’s not my job.”
Be a Winner!! Set and reach your goals everyday!!
