you need to make sure you speak to your target audience. This will draw in
the type of people you want to read your letter. This will allow you to
speak directly to the type of people you want to speak to, and it will help

Give a Complete Message
Your headline should also give a complete message. The
message can be very simple and direct. However, your headline should give a
complete thought. That thought, or message, should tell the reader why they
